Return & Refund Policy:

Thanks for shopping at Kidz Exclusive Ltd.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

Returns:

  • You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase, for exchange or refund - a return slip will be packed inside every order, please fill this out with the reason for your return. 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the sales receipt or proof of purchase.

  • If you would like to exchange, the item you would like must also be in stock at the time of exchange.
  • Exchanges will be sent out to you via express shipping (UK customers), free of charge, as soon as we have received your return. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds:

  • Refunds can only be paid back to your original payment method. 
  • Refunds cannot be issued for sale items

     Kidz Exclusive Signature Gift Box Packaging:
    - Every outfit purchased separately from our Occasion Wear range comes in our signature gift box packaging free of charge.
    *Not including sale items
    - If you would like to return an order, the packaging must be returned, otherwise a fee of £5 will be deducted.
    - If you would like to add a single gift box to your order you can do this by searching "Gift Box" in our search bar. Each additional box will be charged onto your order.
