Return & Refund Policy:

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns:

  • You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase (for exchange or store credit/e-gift card only) - a return slip will be packed inside every order, please fill this out with the reason for your return. 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the sales receipt or proof of purchase.

  • If you would like to exchange (UK customers only), the item you would like must also be in stock at the time of exchange.
  • Exchanges will be sent out to UK customers, free of charge, as soon as we have received your return. 

Customers Outside The UK:

  • Exchanges are not currently offered to customers outside of the UK. If you would like a new size in an item already purchased, we would advise to return your item and repurchase the size you need.

All customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds:

  • Due to current ongoing rebranding measures within our company, Kidz Exclusive; any purchases made by customers after the 15th July 2024, will only be eligible for refunds in the form of store credit during this period (within our 28 calendar days return period) - no cash refunds will be available from the above date, for a temporary period, until stated otherwise.

     Kidz Exclusive Signature Gift Box Packaging:
    - Every outfit purchased separately from our Occasion Wear range comes in our signature gift box packaging free of charge.
    *Not including sale items
    - If you would like to return an order, the packaging must be returned, otherwise a fee of £5 will be deducted.
    - If you would like to add a single gift box to your order you can do this by searching "Gift Box" in our search bar. Each additional box will be charged onto your order.
